When you call, Shawn, a certified and registered dental assistant,
will help answer your initial questions about your dental concern,
as well as answer questions about appointments, insurance, and payment
plans. If you choose to make an appointment, we will make every
attempt to accommodate your schedule.
Your first visit begins with an initial consultation that is usually
without fee. We ask you about your present dental concerns and relative
medical and dental history. You have the opportunity to ask us questions,
and together we discuss and explore possible treatments. If you
wish to proceed with a more complete evaluation during your first
visit, an oral examination, x-rays, and study casts may also be
completed.
Your next visit with us is a diagnostic consultation, when we review
the findings of your evaluation and provide you with treatment options.
Our goal is to give you the information you need to select the treatment
that you feel is best for you.
